Andrew Zeigler earned his undergraduate degree in Information Systems with a second major in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University in 2002. He went on to graduate in the top 15% of his class from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2006.

While still studying law, Mr. Zeigler worked as a law clerk for the Thompson and DeVeny firm. He joined as an Associate Attorney after graduation and has focused his career on serving a wide variety of clients with different financial circumstances. He has even been at the helm of cases that have produced reported legal decisions, including Burghy v. Dayton Racket Club, 695 F. Supp. 2d 689, and Phillps 417 B.R. 30.

Mr. Zeigler is a member of the Bar in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also a member of several professional associations, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Thomas F. Waldron American Bankruptcy Law Forum, and the Dayton and Ohio Bar Associations.

He enjoys sharing his knowledge by speaking to local community groups and acting as a consultant for other attorneys. His practice is focused on financing, real estate, consumer and small business bankruptcy, consumer law, general civil litigation, and foreclosure defense.

When not practicing law, Mr. Zeigler enjoys spending time at his home in Kettering, gardening and supporting the Dayton Flyers.
